Regular participant (including accompanying persons):65,000 JPY
Student: 45,000 JPY

* Fees for welcome reception, lunch, excursion, and conference dinner are included
* Please complete the payment by July 10th, 2026 (early bird)

There is no special program for accompanying persons, but we are happy to make suggestions for a stay in the Saga area.

For overseas participants,
we accept payment of the registration fee through PayPal.
After you register, you will receive an invoice by email. Only when the conference fee is paid, your registration is complete.

For domestic participants,
we request them to make the payment by bank transfer.
Please be sure not to pay through PayPal. Only when the conference fee is paid, your registration is complete.

All participants who are planning to give a presentation (oral/poster) in the conference are requested to submit an abstract.
Please follow the instructions written in the template file to prepare an abstract.
In addition, we ask everyone to make a registration at the same time.

Please convert the abstract file to a PDF file, and then rename it to “abstract_xxxx (your LAST & first name).pdf,” e.g., “abstract_UNNO_masashi.pdf”.
